Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use MioRia: the website mioria.ai, the web app at chat.mioria.ai, and the @MioRiaAI account on Bilibili (together, "the Service"). The Service is operated by I365 STUDIO LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What MioRia does

MioRia is an AI assistant that watches Bilibili videos for you. It reads subtitles, listens to the audio and looks at frames, then gives you summaries, transcripts, mind maps and answers to your questions.

MioRia is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Bilibili.

2. AI-generated answers

MioRia's answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important yourself. They are not professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Using the Service

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm others;
• get around usage limits, share or resell access, or send automated requests to the Service;
• interfere with the Service or try to reach systems or data you aren't allowed to access;
• use MioRia's answers to infringe the rights of video creators or anyone else.

When you use MioRia on Bilibili, Bilibili's own rules apply too. We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Accounts

On Bilibili you don't need to sign up: your Bilibili UID identifies you. On the web you create an account with a username and password. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Usage allowances

Every plan comes with a usage allowance, shown as a percentage. The Free allowance resets daily; the Plus allowance resets weekly. We may change how allowances work, but we won't reduce the allowance of a plan you have already paid for before that paid period ends.

6. Purchases

• Prices are in Chinese yuan (CNY) and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.
• After paying you receive an activation code. A Plus pass starts when you redeem the code and lasts 30 days. Add-on packs are valid for 180 days after redemption.
• Treat your activation code like cash: whoever redeems it first gets it, so don't share it. If someone else redeemed your code, email us with your receipt and we'll look into it.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you send to MioRia. You allow us to store and process it to provide the Service, for example to remember earlier conversations. Videos belong to their creators; MioRia processes them only to answer your questions. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving MioRia and may change or remove features. We can't promise the Service will always be available or error-free. If we stop offering a paid plan, we'll refund the unused part of any active paid period.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Stopping

You can stop using MioRia at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
