Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MioRia collects, how we use it and what choices you have. MioRia is operated by I365 STUDIO LLC ("we", "us"), which is responsible for your information.

1. What we collect

• On Bilibili: your UID and nickname, the comments and private messages you send to @MioRiaAI (including images and video links), and MioRia's replies.
• On the web: your username, your password (stored only as a hash) and your conversations.
• Videos you ask about: the subtitles, audio and frames needed to answer you. We may cache transcripts.
• Usage records: when you used MioRia, which features you used and how much of your allowance, so we can run usage limits and billing.
• Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address, the amount and the payment status. We never see your full card number or your Alipay or WeChat Pay account details.
• Other accounts: if you give us credentials for another account (for example, to connect a Bilibili account on the web), we store them encrypted and use them only for that feature.

2. How we use it

• to answer you and provide the Service;
• to remember earlier conversations, so MioRia can pick up where you left off;
• to run usage limits, activate purchases, handle refunds and send service emails such as receipts and expiry reminders;
• to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
• to understand and improve the Service, mainly through aggregate statistics.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers that help us run MioRia, and only what they need:

• cloud hosting (Oracle Cloud);
• network, content delivery and email delivery (Cloudflare);
• AI model and speech-recognition providers, which process the content needed to answer your request;
• payment processing (Stripe).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. Where it's stored

Our servers are located outside mainland China. Some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States and mainland China.

5. How long we keep it

• Conversations are kept while you use MioRia, because remembering past conversations is part of the Service. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Usage and purchase records are kept as long as needed for billing, accounting and legal requirements.
• Cached video transcripts may be kept so later requests are faster.

6. Your choices

To access, correct or delete your information, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it's you first; on Bilibili, for example, by a private message from your account.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes and account credentials are encrypted. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children

If you are under 14, please use MioRia only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Cookies and local storage

mioria.ai stores only your language choice in your browser. The web app at chat.mioria.ai uses cookies to keep you signed in.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date above.
